We want all our customers to be happy with the receipt of their goods.
Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on full priced products, or products that have been reduced or had a promotional code applied to them, or had a partial refund applied to them already.
It is extremely rare and difficult for the actual product to be damaged in transit because the gel syringe is sealed and protected inside a small package that is further protected by outer branded packaging. The manufacturers have ensured optimum protection of the main product.
We check our product packaging carefully to see it is intact and not damaged before sending it out. If there is a defect in your product, please share images with us within 2 hours of receiving.
We also check each order carefully to ensure the correct items are sent to you.
In addition, we do not issue refunds for orders where delivery has been refused by yourself, or if the item has been detained at border control or customs or if the item has been damaged in transit, as all products are initially sent securely as possible and we cannot take responsibility for other parcels that may have caused damage.
We do not take any liability for any customs fees and charges.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered to you (either because you were not available or could not collect it from the local post office) then we will not be able to refund you.
We contact you by email and sometimes by phone to remind you to pick up your parcel if we see that it is waiting for you at a post office.
