We do not accept returns for open boxes and no refund is applied to boxes that have been opened.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items via a tracked, signed for delivery service. You must email your new tracking number to email@example.com so we can monitor the return. All returns are paid for by the customer.
After 14 days, if we haven't received a returns tracking number, we cannot process a return.
You must wait for your return to reach us before we process a refund. Returns are at your own risk and if for some reason they do not reach us, we cannot accept any responsibility.
It is extremely rare and difficult for the actual product to be damaged in transit because the gel syringe is sealed and protected inside a small package that is further protected by outer branded packaging. The manufacturers have ensured optimum protection of the main product.
We check our product packaging carefully to see if it is intact and not damaged before sending it out. If there is a defect in your product packaging, please share images with us within 2 hours of receiving.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered to you (either because you were not available or could not collect it from the local post office) and we do not receive it back for any reason, we are unable to refund you until it returns.
We contact you by email and sometimes by text message to remind you to pick up your parcel if we see that it is waiting for you at a post office. So please look out for these alerts.
We do not issue refunds for any products that are wasted due to self treatment. All products should be administered by licensed practitioners. Any product that is wasted because of self-treatment is at your own expense and no refunds, returns or replacements are possible.
