These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services via FoxyFiller’s online store https://www.foxyfillers.com by you the consumer.

It is recommended that you carefully read through our Terms and Conditions before completing your order via FoxyFillers.

Ordering Online at FoxyFillers

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase from our online store. You are able to place orders online via the website https://www.foxyfillers.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless notified via the homepage. You will receive an email confirmation outlining your order.

Sometimes products become out of stock if a customer before you purchased all our available stock for that item. In which case, we will email you to find out if you would to wait for the next stock of that item. We communicate regularly to update you on the progress of your order and usually it is despatched the same day it comes into stock with us.

It is our responsibility to ensure all prices are correct at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, we do not accept cancellations. As soon as your order has been despatched or collected via "our courier", you are not able to cancel or get a refund. 

Your tracking may show 'label created and not yet in system', even when the item has been collected by "our courier", this is because the item has not transferred to "your courier". Customers are not able to dispute this and we are able to provide evidence of the parcel being handed to "our courier". 

If you have been emailed that an item was out of stock and it will be despatched as soon as it comes back in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it is sent. You won't be able to cancel it after it has been sent. The only time to cancel is between the notification from us to say 'it's out of stock' and before you receive the shipping confirmation email to say 'it's on it's way.'

Order Despatch
FoxyFillers will despatch your order within 24 hours, taking into consideration stock availability and time zone differences. For example, if your order is received before 13:30 GMT, it will be despatched the same working day. If it is received after 13:30 GMT, it will be despatched the next working day.

You will be notified if any items are out of stock and their due date for despatch.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive another email to confirm the tracking number. It is your duty to ensure your delivery information is correct, as any alterations may delay the processing of your order.

We select reliable couriers for delivery and all items are tracked and signed for. Please be prepared for delays during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and postal strikes.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on full priced products, or products that have been reduced or had a promotional code applied to them.

We check our product packaging carefully to see it is intact and not damaged before sending it out. Gel syringes are sealed and protected inside a small package that is further protected by outer branded packaging. The manufacturers have ensured optimum protection of the main product.

We also check each order carefully to ensure the correct items are sent to you. 

    In addition, we do not issue refunds for orders where delivery has been refused by yourself; where you have entered the wrong address; if the item has been detained at border control or customs or if the item has been damaged in transit, as all products are initially sent securely as possible. 

    Customs Processing

    We do not take any liability for any customs fees and charges; customers have never had to pay these so far.

    If a parcel is randomly chosen by customs to be processed, it can days, weeks or months. Custom’s processing rarely takes more than 2 days, but in the rare case that it does (for security reasons that may be pertinent to that specific day), we cannot intervene and have to allow customs to perform their job. We have seen the rare parcel stay in customs for three weeks or more and then get delivered.

    We cannot send your parcel again or refund your card, because you may end up with two parcels or free products once they arrive.

    The terms and conditions tick box is essential when you checkout, as it confirms you the customer have agreed to accept our returns policy, cancellation policy and terms and conditions. 

    Acceptable Payments Types
    We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are subject to authorization from your bank. FoxyFillers reserve the right to cancel any orders if fraud is suspected.

    FoxyFillers are an international merchant and take no liability to comply with the laws and legislation for the country in which you reside and make your purchases from, e.g., where the order will be despatched to.

    Use of Products

    You are responsible for the sale/use of the products within the country your reside, based on the legislation of that country.

    As a wholesaler, we advise all products are administered by licensed practitioners. We don't give any advise on the treatment of products.
