At Foxy Fillers, we constantly search for the finest products in the industry to offer you. After hearing great things about a filler that can last up to two years, we were thrilled to bring this incredible treatment to our store. Allow us to introduce Ellansé.

What is Ellansé?

Ellansé is a type 1 collagen-stimulating dermal filler, setting it apart from the hyaluronic acid fillers we currently use at Paragon Aesthetics.

How does Ellansé work?

After injecting Ellansé, the filler naturally breaks down in the body after three months and triggers new collagen production. This leads to longer-lasting results as your body creates the desired effect. Ellansé instantly replenishes lost volume and significantly reduces signs of aging, such as wrinkles and skin folds.

How long does Ellansé last?

Unlike traditional fillers, Ellansé offers immediate volume correction like a standard dermal filler. However, it also acts as a biostimulator, continuously producing natural and long-lasting results by enhancing the body’s own collagen reserves.

By helping replenish your facial collagen and restore lost volume, Ellansé can provide a fuller, more natural appearance that can last for up to four years before the full effect diminishes.

Ellansé offers four strengths (S, M, L, and E) to choose from, depending on your desired duration of effects:

  • Ellansé-S lasts up to 12 months.
  • Ellansé-M lasts up to 2 years.
  • Ellansé-L lasts up to 3 years.
  • Ellansé-E lasts up to 4 years.
  • The L and E strengths are suitable for deeper and more pronounced wrinkles, as well as areas where significant volume loss has occurred.

Ellansé is highly versatile and can be used to address any area that has experienced age-related volume and elasticity loss. It is suitable for:

  • Reducing wrinkles
  • Adding volume and contour to cheeks, chin, and lower jaw
  • Filling under-eye hollows (tear troughs) and nose-to-mouth lines
  • Lifting drooping mouth corners
  • Rejuvenating skin on the neck, cleavage, and hands
  • Softening the appearance of acne scarring

What is the procedure like?

A single treatment is sufficient, taking approximately 30-45 minutes.

The treatment area is cleansed using an antiseptic, and a topical anesthetic may be applied to minimize discomfort. Small amounts of Ellansé are then injected under the skin in the targeted area using a fine needle.

Your doctor or healthcare professional may massage the area immediately after injection to distribute the filler more effectively or shape the area for the desired outcome.

What is the recovery time?

There is no significant downtime, although you may experience tenderness, swelling, or redness around the injection site. These normal reactions may gradually subside over the following days.

Using an ice-pack can help reduce swelling, and it is advisable to avoid taking aspirin before the treatment, unless specifically recommended by your medical practitioner, to minimize bruising.
